After we’ve been to so many cities for the last days (and weeks) we were really looking forward to this and the next days: driving a lot through beautiful landscape, seeing nature, meeting less tourists and maybe some more real Canadians. But first we had to drive a lot…
Our first destination should be Fredericton because we weren’t sure yet whether to continue in direction of Moncton or better head to St. Louis in the south. It’s amazing to see the landscape slowly change, the highways get smaller but also less crowded and the “watch out for deer” signs get more and more.
And that’s basically it – driving, making some stops for food and relaxing, riving further. And we had some quite uncommon fun in the car which has a little backstory: so we were listening to a lot of music in the first part of our roadtrip but especially for long drives this gets a bit annoying.
So we then switched over to a podcast we both like (Fest & Flauschig) but there’s not an endless amount of episodes you could hear so we kind of finished it quite soon. While sitting in a McDonalds we decided to take a look which podcasts you can also find on Spotify and decided to just randomly download the most popular ones…
… and that is how we managed to get into some podcast made by two women talking about mainly one thing: sex. And shall I tell you what? It’s not worth it. I mean, it’s funny in some way but really not worth the time as most of its topics are not so much relatable and whatever. So much for this.
So the sun went down, we got tired and decided to stop at a Walmart (again) for the night. Good night!
